Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate of $7. Orders over $100 ship free.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@releveandsparkleco.com, and we'll do everything we can to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand in the future.
