If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Unused, unworn jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

Exchanges

Need a replacement? We'd be happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards and final sale items are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
