Is your jewelry waterproof?

Our jewelry is finished with 14K PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) gold plating, one of the most durable gold-plating methods available. Compared to traditional gold plating, PVD creates a stronger bond between the gold coating and the base metal, making it more resistant to water, sweat, tarnishing, and everyday wear.

While our jewelry is designed to keep up with your active lifestyle, we still recommend removing it before swimming, showering, sleeping, or using harsh chemicals. A little extra care will help preserve its shine and beauty for years to come.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat shipping rate of $7. Free shipping on orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We're so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll make it right.
